• Orders below $60 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95.
• Selected products and promotional offers may also include free shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries across Australia.

• Regional and remote areas: please allow an additional 4 business days

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel has been successfully delivered according to the courier tracking information, InkMall cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen from the delivery address.
